 1.   If your orders reach us before 2:00pm (Mon to Fri) or 11:00am(Sat), it will be processed on the next working day. (Delivery date would be arranged according to our delivery schedule)

 2.   Ordering hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mon to Fri) or 9:00am to 12:45pm (Sat) except for public holidays. 


By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. It is illegal to consume alcohol for persons under the age of 18.


All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability. In the event that the Company is unable to fulfill any of the products or services in customer order, the Company will notify customer(s) by phone or email before their requested delivery date.


Under normal circumstances, goods ordered will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Customers should ensure a person aged 18 above to be present during the agreed delivery time slot to collect the alcoholic items. If no one accepts the delivery at the nominated delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, re-delivery service charges may be applied.

 Service Charges

For a single purchase of HK$1,800 net, customer is entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories. Otherwise, delivery charges apply as follows:
(a) HK$150 per location for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon;
(b) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for New Territories and Lantau Island; 
(c) No delivery services will be provided for Discovery Bay and other Outlying Islands.


In case of urgent order received for next working day after our cut-off time or could not meet our delivery schedule, it may be arranged with additional delivery charges. Please contact our staff for further details.

Kowloon (covers Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Ma On Shan, Fo Tan, Shatin, Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi)

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

New Territories (covers Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Gold Coast, Sham Tseng, Ma Wan)

Thursday and Saturday

Lantau Island (covers Sunny Bay, Airport and Tung Chung only)

Thursday and Saturday

(a) Tsuen Wan District bounds to Belvedere Garden and Cheung Shan Estate;
(b) Shatin District bounds to Hong Kong Science Park; 
(c) Service to Ma Wan is limited between 10:00am to 4:00pm due to restricted access by HKSAR.


Delivery Service Timeslot

Our delivery service hour is from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery service is only available to buildings with lift service.

Under bad weather conditions, normal delivery services could be delayed and suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Customer will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery.

For unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address being provided or change of confirmed delivery time without 2 working days’ advance notice to us, customer will to be responsible for re-delivery charges.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.


If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customers within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge wine storage fees.


The Company has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the Customer if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. The Company shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.



All prices and vintages on the wine list are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice particularly in case of major currency fluctuations. We will periodically update the price list with our latest information.



You must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery. We shall be entitled to reject any claim for broken or damaged products, incorrect quantities or incorrect products if you do not notify us upon delivery.

You will be deemed to have accepted the goods in satisfaction from the date of receipt of goods, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject the goods for any reason.



Goods are offered on cash terms. We accept cash, bank transfer, wire transfer and cheque. All cheques should be made payable to “Ponti Grand Cru Ltd” and post-dated cheques are not acceptable. 

We reserve the right to limit or decline any sales amount to our customer and change the payment method for any order when it is required. All risks of the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but the products remain to be the property of the Company until full payment has been well received.

We reserve the right to amend the above terms & conditions from time to time as circumstances require. Thank you for your kind understanding.
